RumbleBoxing er fullstendig trening for hele kroppen – styrke og kondisjonstrening med boksing til musikk.
Timen består av en klassetime (60 minutter):
– lett oppvarming og tøying – runder på sandsekk med ulike variasjoner – avluttes med sirkeltrening.
